CEDAR FALLS, IA – October 10, 2016 – LocateSmarter recently volunteered with the non-profit organization, Habitat for Humanity to help build a house in Waterloo, Iowa.

The entire company was given the opportunity to participate during their work day; dividing two groups into half-day shifts. LocateSmarter employees completed tasks such as installing foam insulation and shingling the house’s roof.

Holly Mullesch, the event organizer, commented, “Team building is very important to our organization and what better way to work together as a team than by volunteering and giving back to our community.”

The Habitat for Humanity Build is just one of the ways LocateSmarter gives back to its community. The company also has 100% participation in United Way with each employee voluntarily donating money from each of their paychecks.
