My name is Alexandra Bechtel, just last year (May 2021) I graduated from Wartburg College with a Business administration degree, with a concentration in management and a minor in leadership. Some things I enjoy doing outside of work are running, shopping, spending time with family, and friends, and being on the water. My sister and I opened our own boutique in January of 2020 and have loved every second it. I am very excited for this next adventure here at LocateSmarter and can’t wait to start my journey.
My name is Nathanial Baker, Product Owner and Sr. Data Analyst at LocateSmarter. I bring a creative mindset to analytics and colorful imagination to data in all its forms. Outside of work for me is music production and spending time with family, friends, and alike.
Warren has worked as a programmer/developer since he graduated from Wartburg College in 2000 with a B.A. in Mathematics and Computer Science. Warren came to LocateSmarter from the IT department of our parent company in 2014. After a brief detour to another local business, Warren came back in 2019 to rejoin the team. Warren is an avid outdoorsman who enjoys hunting, fishing and golfing.
Amy is the Quality Assurance Specialist for LocateSmarter, providing quality customer service and technical support to our clients. Prior to LocateSmarter, Amy worked in international sales for the powersports industry, and in medical equipment sales for a local hospital. She is a graduate of South Dakota State University with a bachelor’s degree in Consumer Affairs. Amy is passionate about effective communication and maximizing efficiency for our clients.
As Technical Project Manager, Terri works with the development team to meet product needs based on client feedback. Terri has a long history of implementing cutting-edge technology. She spent nearly 20 years in the mortgage industry, during which time she spearheaded the use of personal computers in the 1980s, configured networks in the 1990s, oversaw the digitization of mortgage documents and worked as an advanced business analyst.
Alex “SkipGuru” Price is a nationally recognized expert in the art of skip tracing and cyber tracking. He brings over 35 years of experience in the data and skip tracing industries to LocateSmarter. His focus is on educating and supporting clients that are using tools such as online search platforms.
My name is Jodi Harms. I have a bachelor’s degree in Psychology with a minor in Business Management. I have worked in a variety of roles during my career where I have gained experience in customer service, human resources, operations assistance, and accounting/billing. I most recently worked as a Benefits Coordinator in the HR Department for CBE companies. I love country music, shopping, and spending time with family and friends (including my Cockapoo, Charlie.) I have a blended family with 5 grown children. I am very excited for this next adventure at LocateSmarter. I enjoy working with people and am looking forward to providing quality customer service.
Michael brings 30 years of experience in the BPO space to LocateSmarter, and uses that experience to solve real issues for our clients. Michael takes a consultative approach to building good partner relationships and often relies on his analytic capabilities to ensure he gets the solution right every time. Michael has dual bachelors degrees (Business Administration and eBusiness) and an MBA in Administration & Technology Management from University of Phoenix.
Brandon Medlin leads the sales organization as well as strategic partnerships for LocateSmarter. He joined the LocateSmarter team with over 10 years of leadership experience in the debt collection and technology solutions industries, including project management for the development and implementation of a TCPA compliant dialing solution and managing a proprietary collection software application. Brandon co-founded a nonprofit in the outdoor industry with a mission to introduce youth to the outdoors.
Teri joins the LocateSmarter team after nearly 30 years in healthcare and nonprofit leadership. Her experience in organizational and project management will support LocateSmarter’s growth and innovation. Teri is key in helping LocateSmarter live its core values daily, with a focus on integrity in everything we do. Teri has served on several non-profit boards and volunteers with students across the state of Iowa, focusing on the financial literacy of high school students.
As president, Jonathan L. Brooks is responsible for charting the LocateSmarter growth strategy. With more than two decades of executive leadership in the data industry, Jonathan has led the development of data platforms that serve law enforcement, government, risk and receivables management. He has served on numerous boards, from land conservation to global missions. Most recently, he co-founded a charity that benefits families dealing with adolescent leukemia.
