CEDAR FALLS, IA – September 23, 2016 – Chance Hoskinson, Product Manager of Batch Services at LocateSmarter, will speak at the Midwest Compliance Symposium on Wednesday, September 28 at 8:45am. The event will focus on compliance-related topics surrounding the accounts receivable industry.

During Hoskinson’s session, “Using Disposition Data to Close the Loop,” he will share three examples of collection agencies using call disposition data to reduce wrong numbers, mitigate risk and improve recovery rates through phone behavior analytics.
