LocateSmarter Receives 2016 Top Collection Product Award

CEDAR FALLS, IA – May 19, 2016 – LocateSmarter is making a name for itself in the collections space. The data company – which launched its product just two years ago – was recently recognized as the Collection Advisor’s Top Collection Products of 2016, a prestigious award in the collections industry.

Chad Benson, co-founder of LocateSmarter, commented, “Our product is not only helping the collections industry, but also consumers. To qualify for the award, companies had to provide a service or product to the collection industry such as payment processing, document management software, or other collection solution. LocateSmarter was nominated for their skip tracing products which help prevent collection agencies from calling the wrong person(s) or contacting those who might have filed bankruptcy or passed away.

The nominees for the Top Collection Products award were judged on their product’s quality, communication, and level of customer service. LocateSmarter made the list along with big-name companies such as LexisNexis, Billing Tree and FICO.
